All parcels are dispatched directly from our Kerala warehouse. Deliveries across South India take 2–3 business days, and the rest of India takes 3–5 business days.

Your 14-digit Airway Bill (AWB) number is generated immediately upon packing and sent to your registered mobile number via SMS and dispatch confirmation email.

"Manifested" means your package label is created and securely packed in our fulfillment center. Real-time scans begin as soon as Delhivery vehicle arrives for origin pickup.

If you will not be available at your address, you can click "Open Delhivery Official Portal" to request delivery reattempt or coordinate with the delivery executive.
